Overinflate the tire so the bead seats properly. You hear it pop when it seats right. Then deflate. Usually about 60-75psi to seat, then down to 30ish

That sucks! I feel for you. 🙁 With tube tires its good to semi-inflate the tube to maybe 10 psi after installing, then use your hands to fully work the tube and tyre because itsmsoft enough to squeeze. That makes sure the tube is not pinched. And some talcum powder or chalk rubbed on the tube will help it find the natural position and get less abrasion.😁

Hey when I’ve put my tube back into the frame of the tire I cover it with dishwashing soap and water so it can slide in the frame if it’s not seated properly, as well it seems to help keep the tube from getting pinched and staying pinched. I didn’t see you put any kind of lubricant on the tube for the tire. It also will show if there are any pinholes in the tube which sometimes happens before you get it or while handling it. Good luck and thanks for the post.

But I think it won't reach all time popularity height giving the fact that they are very expensive, for now its not in the radar of all those policy makers and lobbyst's because hundreds, thousands, millions, of people arnt' yet riding them in sidewalks.

Swapping tires and inner tubes is one of the big issues I have with unicycles. Both of Msuper X 84V (2 pairs) almost caught on fire due to wrongfully reconnecting the battery. And this was after I installed a brand new tire and inner tube on the wheel. Inmotion, Kingsong, Gotway, and Sherman have to make these changes: easily replacing a tire without taking the unicycle apart and make battery swapping easier and safe.

  • @originsdecoded3508

the tire it came with is specifically design for the gyroscope counter weight system, plus the thicker tires absorb more of the bumps in the road and provide better peripheral stability when leaning left and right. but then again, you can go window shopping for similar size, thickness, and weight tires with better grip sutures or what ever you call the rubber protrusions in the wheel that help with traction on the ground. I'm curious what would happen if you catapult forward crashing onto the ground at 60mph with this wheel. I'm sure you full body armor will shatter and definitely break many bones. if it ever does happen, turn into a feetle position, and try to roll int the ground to absorb the impact.

Every time that I have to change out tires on my car, the wheels with the new tires need to be balanced? Do we need to balance out the wheel with a new tire change on an EUC, in general? Potentially, it can make the EUC less wobbly at high speed! Does anyone know?

Like any tire change, just ride flat for a few meters before inflating it to get it seated.

When my preordered Sherman is ready from eWheels in about 3-weeks, per a recent update email I received from them, I will have the option to elect a street tire or the off-road tire. I think I will elect the street tire and have it come already installed straight from Veteran...

@kuji - have you tried both original tires? Of not, what tire did you try? Badly build tyres could have ovality/outrun and be prone to unbalanced rubber, needing balance weights. 😕

Maybe some preventative measure could be made so you don't get a flat tire. Like adding lining and putting some self sealant inside the tube.

Awakening s that’s the case for any EUC. Sherman is a little worse than most but changing a tire always sucks.

I sorta saw it coming after you said you can feel the bump in every rotation. Inner tube didn't sit-in properly?
