Usually during Christmas season Puto Bumbong is very popular, while it's always a work of mount why we don't try this very delicious 3-ingredient puto made with Tapioca or Kamoteng Kahoy. Very easy to make yet very very delicious. When I say delicious, it's indeed delicious😋

PUTONG KAMOTENG KAHOY RECIPE🧑🏻‍🍳’
Ingredients👇🏻’
2kgs Kamoteng Kahoy
500 grams Grated Coconut (250 grams for mixture & 250 grams for Bukayo)
2.5 cups Brown Sugar (1cup for mixture & 1.5 cups for Bukayo)
*You can add Vanilla essence for Bukayo - it is optional
*Steam it for 30 minutes
*Topped it with cheese - optional
