@@malavika2119 പുതുക്കി പണിയുന്ന വീടുകൾ Architect ചെയ്യുന്നതു പോലെ വില്ല. 1) പഴയ wood Convert flooring ന് ഉപയോഗിക്കും.2) Archi drawing തികച്ചും വ്യത്യസ്തം 3) കഴിയുന്നതും പ്രകൃതിയുമായി ചേർന്നുള്ള designs 4) Plot ലെ മരങ്ങൾ കഴിയുന്നതും മറിക്കാതെ എങ്ങനെ ( onstruct ചെയ്യാം. എന്ന് പഠിക്കും 5) അനാവത്ത്ചിലുകൾ കുറയ്ക്കുന്ന plans 6) വീടെന്നത് വെറും structure അല്ല മറിച്ച് അത് മറ്റുള്ളവരിൽ നിന്ന് വ്യത്യസ്ത പെടുത്തി തരും 7) Plot നെ പറ്റി കൃത്യതയുള്ള ധാരണ

Your perspectives on the need to preserve old tharavadus is much appreciated. Spoken with deep feeling, it made me wish I had never given up my home in Calicut . As you rightly mentioned, the kind of wood abundantly used in times gone by, was those of very mature, properly seasoned Jack wood. Never again can we source such precious wood, nor the venerable aasharis whose craftsmanship and extensive knowledge of carpentry, was second to none , nor the stone masons whose calculations were brilliant. The architecture that has replaced those of a generation back, are ugly spaces, which will never bring the residents that deeply needed contentment or sublime inner peace so necessary for a sense of wellbeing. Thank you for urging people to understand the value of these magnificent structures and to not give up their ancestral homes, so rich in beauty and history, but to hold on to them for dear life.

ചില നാട്ടിൽ തറവാട് വീട് അച്ഛനും അമ്മയും marichukazhinjal അതു ആർകെങ്കിലും വിൽക്കുകയോ, വീതം വയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നു. അതു ഏറ്റവും ദുഃഖകരമാണ്. ചില നാട്ടിൽ വീട് ഏറ്റവും അവസാനത്തെ കുട്ടിയ്ക് ആണ്‌ ( ബോയ് )കൊടുക്കുന്നത്. എന്നിട്ടു ലാൻഡ് മാത്രം വീതം വൈക്കും. അതാണ് നല്ലത്. നമ്മുടെ വീട് എപ്പോഴും അവിടെയുണ്ടാവും.പെൺകുട്ടികൾ ക് എത്ര swornam കൊടുക്കുന്നു എന്നിട്ടു വീണ്ടും വീട് വീതം vykunnathu നല്ല keezhuvazhakam അല്ല. മാഡം പറയുന്നത് നല്ലകാര്യമാണ്. നമ്മൾ ജനിച്ചുവളർന്നവീട് ഒരിക്കലും വിൽക്കുകയോ നശിപ്പിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യരുത്.
