Bro today is the first day of my period, and while the first day usually isn’t that bad for me, for some reason today’s been horrible. If it gives you any inkling of how I’m doing: I cried because I couldn’t open a water bottle at the beginning of this video (it was a regular water bottle that could’ve been opened easily if I had just used some more force). He hit it right on the mark when he called us out for being tired, not having eaten enough, being in pain, and even being a little cold. It was back to back, and honestly, when he made us promise to him that we’d eat some real food after the snacks, I started crying. Well, I was already crying prior to that as well, but I haven’t been taken care of in such a way for a while so it really resonated with me. Thank you, K, truly.

I was stressed this whole day but then K posted an audio and that was the moment I forgot about the whole stress I felt 💸 Thank you for your work and this audio K ✨
