Looking great as always Jane. A couple of thoughts - my opinion. 1. Active Hexose Correlated Compound is known to destroy HPV if you have contracted it, 2. D-Mannose can often eliminate a UTI naturally, 3. Yeast infections are fed by high blood sugar and destruction of good bacteria. Eliminating refined sugars and starches will reduce the excess blood sugar, if you have had antibiotics it may have destroyed your bacteria balance. If so, it may be beneficial to reintroduce good bacteria. (Check with a natural health provider - they may recommend something similar to a yogurt or kefir pack to accomplish this). As mentioned before, using a natural product that is enzyme based can eliminate bad body odor by eliminating bacteria on the skin that causes the offensive smells. Definitely stick with cotton underwear and just something loose at home with no underwear is best (and if your man is like me, he will appreciate it as well) 😊
