තිරිගු පිටි ග්‍රෑම් 300 - 300 g Wheat flour
පොල් ග්‍රෑම්175 - 175 g Scraped coconut
සීනි ග්‍රෑම් 275 - 275 g Sugar
ඊස්‌ට් තේ හැදි 1 - 1 tsp Instant dry yeast
මුද්දරම්පලම් ග්‍රෑම් 50 - 50g Dried Grapes
සූදුරු තේ හැදි ½ - ½ tsp Cumin seeds
ලුණු රස පදමට- Salt to taste
වතුර කෝප්ප 2 - 2 cup water
උණු වතුර කෝප්ප 1 ½ - 1 1/2 Hot water
