Safe travels my mate!!! I repurposed Kuznetsov for Petropavlosk, and retrained Makarov for use in Kremlin, Slava, Stalingrad and Moskva. I think his DeckProtection+ works better with Kremlin's Leg.Equip, than Bulletproof...plus you get this monster pen with APCS+. Makarov on these 4 ships really made them OP!

Kremlin has best accuracy in game. 2/3 of your shots could be with accuracy buff. You must take reload speed and more accuracy, not repair. Repair gives you total 5000 more health but with accuracy you can deal 20000 more damage. You will have 5 more accurate shots!

That depends where you are on the other BB lines. I think it’s worth it but Kremlin wouldn’t be the first tier X BB I’d grind out. Kremlin is still a solid tank without the legendary mod and a properly built commander for it.

@@sarthakkumarsingh4774 The whole gets has a bad reputation for that. I find them reasonably accurate at long range but they aren’t meant to be snipers. They really are meant for mid range fights and brawls just inside their secondary range.

Hey boblyn, try Stepan Makarov on Kremlin if you ever get the chance. APCS+ and Marksman+ take the guns to the next level. On top of that, you get Deck Protection+ and Torpedo Alert+. Very handy when pushing in. I didn’t realize just how much of a difference it makes until I actually tried it.
