It has double meaning. Birdman is notorious when it comes to pay his artists. Even if Drake sells millions, it doesn't matter much if he doesn't get them from Birdman. Not to mention he gets to keep his share anyway. And the second meaning is as you mention, paying child support. Both artists had few double entendres in their songs.
