Crazy seeing a young Matty Marshall & all those vintage cockers definitely the golden age if paintball! Remember when I started playing in 95 at SC village everything was pump 10 round tubes & 12 gram co2 much more fun & tactical then todays faster paced 10 BPS

This video changed my world. I was already playing paintball when this video was released, but it made me want to be a competitor and not just another player. Here I am at 34 years old, still playing tournaments and practices as often as possible, as well as supporting acts in the punk rock/hardcore scene through concerts and merchandise. There isnt anything about that era in my life I would change if I had the opportunity.

Patrick, cannot thank you enough for uploading this film and creating it in the first place. I played a lot of ball in the 90's and fell out around 2002. I can honestly say I wore out a couple VCR's watching your film over and over. Your attention to detail with sticking everything together is what makes this film so iconic in my opinion. A few examples would be the opening black and white scene with Cold's "Ugly". The line in the song says "why must I die for you, it's the ugly truth". So fitting. Then you have Staind's "Just go", Lasoya gets popped in the face as the track talks about "these tortured faces". Cagnoni's infamous snake jump as the song says "without a care, and full ahead". Danny Love sitting with his hands behind his head as the track says "I'm a captain of industry, spoken famously", guy was and still is a legend. You had Mikey Bruno looking over the top of the bunker as the song goes "still breaking old habits" then right into "remembering" as the guy is crawling on a pipe field. Those were old school moves that were slowly starting to fade with the new style of play. I could go on and on, but we'll end there and just say the whole film is perfect. Once again, I can't thank you enough for making it. Oh, and we can't forget about Danny Love telling it how it is, alllllllll the way at the very very end. Nobody I know ever even knew that was in there. Watch to the very very end everyone! Oh and yah, one more thing..... Doo Doo Brown!

I remember watching the trailer for Push in '99 with a group of friends. After 3 minutes and 12 seconds with AFI's "Fall Children" playing throughout, we all had goosebumps! We pitched in funds to buy the video when it came out, and watched it as a group of friends, players, and brothers! For the uninitiated, this is THE iconic Paintball documentary! This is the show that set the standard for every Paintball movie after it, and by which every Paintball movie afterwards is judged against. Thanks for sharing it for all to watch. It really is a piece pf Paintball history!

I reffed at teh legendary Thunderbay paintball in Tampa FL who pumped out legendary teams and players such as Team Strange. I played for a team known as Tampabay Demolition later to become Tampabay Damage. The field was evenually sold and turned into a housing development known as Champion's Forest (Fitting af). I'd watch these videos over doing school work often. They hyped me up so damn much. So proud to be a part of the Golden Age of paintball. It was some of the most exciting years of my life.

Thank you Patrick, what you and Bryon did with PUSH was truly incredible. Canonized an era of paintball and our collective feelings about what the sport meant to us. Between the soundtrack perfection and the look into these players lives (whom most of us never got a chance to meet let alone play alongside) it's just something that won't come around again. I hope it does though.I no longer have my VHS copy so I thank you for the time and effort you put into upressing and officially uploading an original, all for free nonetheless. If you ever have the desire, the trailer for push can only be seen in 144p on the web. I would bet people would love to throw that some serious love for years to come if you gave it the same treatment and preserved that little moment of paintball history. Keep planting those seeds man, you made a difference in alot of players' lives.

Wish I had or watched this as a kid and teen. Only had the brass eagle vhs and like 20 paintball magazines which I still have. My dad had a paintball field/business in the late 80s early 90s. I still have his old pgps and pmis. Which is what I started out with.

This is one of the best depictions of Paintball. Humble groups of people fighting on a grand stage in one of the most tumultuous period(s) in extreme sports*edit

This is the most iconic paintball film of all time. It inspired many players when it came out...and probably still does to this day. This is by far still my favorite paintball doc of all time. Great Job!!!

Got this on VHS in early 2000's, must have watched it 20+ times. I remember watching the credits so I could download the songs on Napster 🤣... I still listen to them! Absolutely love this vid, thanks for making it and posting it Patrick! Fun fact: I still have that same WGP banner shown at @16:35
