Study the scriptures so as not to be deceived. Look only at Jesus because He is perfect. Whoever the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never reject. For I came down from heaven, not to do my will, but to do the will of him who sent me. And this is the will of the one who sent me: that I should not lose any of those he gave me, but resurrect them on the last day. John 6: 37-39 They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things and beings, in place of the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. Romans 1:25 Many will say to me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name? Do we not cast out demons in your name and perform many miracles? ’Then I will tell you clearly: I never knew them. Get away from me, you who do evil! Matthew 7: 22-23. But someone will say, “You have faith; I have works ”. Show me your faith without works, and I will show my faith by works. Do you believe that there is only one God? Very well! And what will be the sign of your coming and the end of time? ” You will hear about wars and rumors of wars, but do not be afraid. It is necessary for such things to happen, but it is not yet the end. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in several places. All of this will be the beginning of the pain. “Then they will hand you over to be persecuted and sentenced to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. So it will be at the coming of the Son of man. Matthew 24: 3, 6-14, 21-27, 29-31, 35-39 First of all know that, in the last days, scoffers will appear mocking and following their own passions. They will say, “What happened to the promise of your coming? Since the ancestors died, everything has remained the same since the beginning of creation ”. But they deliberately forget that for a long time, by the word of God, there are heavens and earth, this formed of water and water. By the same word the heavens and earth that now exist are reserved for fire, kept for the day of judgment and for the destruction of the wicked. Since everything will be undone like this, what kind of people do you need to be? Live in a holy and pious way, waiting for the day of God and hastening his coming. On that day the heavens will be broken by fire, and the elements will melt with heat. However, according to his promise, we expect new heavens and a new earth, where justice dwells. Therefore, beloved, while waiting for these things, strive to be found by him in peace, immaculate and blameless. Keep in mind that our Lord's patience means salvation, as our beloved brother Paul also wrote to you, with the wisdom that God has given you. 2 Peter 3: 3-15
