I'm a Paramedic and I played this for my patient during transport to help him relax. He loved it and said it helped. His blood pressure even went down a little. Cheers to Purrple Cat for being literal music medication.

Basically my cat died last week and he was my boy and the same day I found this album. Now I imagine this cat in the visualizer is my boy in heaven listening to Purp cat.. . Rip socks 😢

They are not going to. With the amount of low-quality music around here, i dont even hope they will ever be famous. Ever. But. Thats the cherry on a pie. The less people know about some beautiful place, a haven, the more it will be a haven. Keep purple cat a secret. May it be forgotten, but found again, through time lapses, and be valued like it was before.

not only the lofi game.. for me Purrple Cat is a music wizard in general 💜

I know I'm not the first to say this, but honestly, Purrple Cat is one of the few LoFi artists who makes music good enough to just listen to it in general. Not just when I need to relax (though that's *certainly* a good time to listen to it), but just for the sake of it. No LoFi music is really technically complex in any way; the whole genre is, in a good way, intended to be kind of basic and repetitive. Something that's too distinctive is distracting, a quality that LoFi music doesn't want to have. Purrple Cat, however, manages to balance the fine line between the basicness and repetitiveness of typical LoFi music with a blend of their own clear style. This enables it to achieve that effect LoFi music is trying to have, while still being interesting enough on its own to focus on. Genuinely some of the best LoFi music out there, period. P.S: Midnight Snack is definitely my favourite LoFi song. :D

Las't night i used this álbum to sleep and My two Cats hopped on to the bed and slept with me, they aren't the Best of Friends and one doesn't sleep with anyone so for me it was a magical moment. The world needs more purrple cat.

AMEN friend. You totally nailed it with your comment. This is also one of my favorite albums of Purple Cat's. The other one is Distant Worlds 3. That one is my favorite because of the song Dissipate. Purple Cat also helped me process things....a lot of trauma and pain. Music is the language we all know.

This album is astonishing, not surprising seen as it's coming from Purrple Cat. Every single song is amazing, but my personal favorites are missing you, finding myself, lunar eclipse, and alien sky. I love how you put together these songs, from the sizzling, rain, etc in the background to the main instruments themselves, its absolutely stunning how you are able to capture so many emotions into a song! Overall, the parts of your songs I liked the most in this was the wavy parts, like at 3:37. they make me feel like I'm on a ship, or a car on a bumpy road, swaying from side to side as I relax and watch the trees go by, watch the ocean waves ripple towards the shore... really makes you think about the astronomically small chances of life, don't it?
