If that was punishment then the tail was exempt. She ate that up! LOL but curious is this punishment in the dance world? They all did pretty good regardless. I would've torn an ankle muscle or something.

Wasn’t punishment they was showing off their flexibility and control that seems easy but very hard to do they do it all the time on songs with a lot of tempo changes

the reason it sounds that way it's cause who ever is recording is right up on them it's meant to be heard across the field.
