i seen people do nails for 30+ years and their nails are very healthy. if they are improperly prepped or removed, picked at or chewed on is what causes damage.

One of the best, I think you should get a practice silicone hand and film with that on days you want to give your nails a rest, I remember once you said that the drill burns your natural nail plate (it shouldn’t)

@@fayemariellemangune9808 there are peel off bases you can use to remove the nails with no damage. I use them too, it's especially useful when you're in beauty school for nails since we had to do each others nails every week, sometimes one day after the other.
