As a child I would often suppress my tears and my mom would encourage me to cry. As an adult Im not afraid to cry but I still feel like I don’t let it all out. I listened to this in the morning and sobbed almost uncontrollably for the rest day. I felt like years of suppressed emotions and “toxic positivity” was released. Thank you 🙏🏽
