    Leica Captivate lacks extremely important offset routines in surveying. I don't know but why Leica as one of the biggest players in survey/mapping industry, just completely ignores this fact. Why not just get the technology of the Fieldgenius in this particular aspect. After all, Leica and Microsurvey are in one roof.
