I love this !! Laughter is definitely contagious. I started thinking about my problems during the meditation and now... they don’t seem as serious to me. I think I laughed some stress away 😌

Robert, you are the man. I stumbled upon Laughter Yoga and I can't get enough. You have many great videos, but this one is my favorite because I can do my own exercises with you laughing in the background. 20 minutes is the perfect length video, but sometimes I want it to continue. Keep up the great work. My goal is to became a certified Laughter Yoga instructor and spread the joy.

I need laughter so much especially these days when sadness and anxiety are dangerously creeping into my life and I am afraid that they will penetrate all my inside. I'll be honest I wanted to find fault with it for some unknown to me bias that must of been on a subconscious level not that I would of said anything negative but altho I wasn't laughing out loud I was smiling the whole time and I can tell the laughter such as it was is apseloutely 100 percent genuine laughter so although I don't think it is something I will do regularly I Completely changed my mind and see this as a very positive thing and understand the benefits must enormous in terms of positive energy I just have a short concentration span so don't think I cud do it personally but thumbs up to u
