Click-on is the only filter that NEVER leaked. Love it. Since the 90s, the threaded units always leaked.

Do I use the filter side that comes out low or do I use the right side that comes out alot? Or which do I keep the black handle up or down?

When you activate the filter using the black handle, it will come out slower. If it's coming out just as fast as your normal faucet, it's not running through the filter so just flip that switch and move to the slower side

Good review...We have used ours for a while with no problem.....Only recently , when we turn on the filtration, the back pressure seems to build up and it sctuslly blew off the side hose nozzle. I replaced the filter, the side hose nozzle and cleaned the unit out and it happened again.....May be time to invest in another unit...dont know

I actually moved apartments this is still in stroage somewhere and I can't remember. I think it just flashes green when you put a good filter in and then you use it until it turns on red

I need your magic touch 😂 I put mine on, and I don’t know if I didn’t screw it on tight enough even though I tried my hardest to get it on there as tight as possible or what but it leaks from the top

Mine did the same thing. Just need a thicker rubber washer, that fixed mine. Also, don't need to push the white buttons to install, it just snaps into place. But push the white buttons to remove.

I can still use hot water with the attachment on though right? As long as it’s not using hot water for the actual filter stream?

I started using this past two years first one, with replacement generic filters worked terrible, bought whole new system and Pur filters worked better, but major problems with faucet adapters

oh no, what problems were you having with the adapters?

Is there a reason why it doesn't taste any different from the unfiltered water? I feel like it's not filtering. It taste gross just like the unfiltered faucet water. Please help. Am I doing something wrong?

Where is this guy from that he got two filters I only got one in my box that’s definitely a mistake box plus mines don’t don’t the adapter I looked at all of them you had to gotten a deal on online my Walmart doesn’t have that

Wrap a piece of cloth around it and gently use pliers to turn it until you can unscrew it the rest of the way off with you fingers.

I tried calling and it is always closed

Welll it is a water filtration device, if you want to get it while it’s open, you’ll have to turn on the faucet 😁😁😁😂🤣

If it doesnt snap on quickly, try one of the additional adapters to fit your faucet

Filters are freaky interesting how they work. They use a combination of physical and chemical barriers to weed out the undesirables in tap water
