Its a western organization. "White ppl" founded it, doctors are mostly white too(volunteers from western countries) and the ones who donate or also westerners. BUT the one who put that wire around the dog's neck is definately indian.

I agree with u totally..... One Westerner came here and do marketing and get donations/funds from west....... India has 60 millions stray dogs&cattle on roads.......... 70% EURASIAN WILD LIFE(Tigers,Asiatic Lions,Asiatic Elephants,Rhinos,Asiatic leopards etc)SAVED from thousands of years.... Yet, Indians r very poor in marketing&publicity even-though rich wild life and stray animals are mostly saved&fed by Indians(Mainly Hindus).Still Indians r barbaric white west r gods.

Don't just jump to assumptions because it could have been an accident. It could have very well been intentional too but don't assume all humans are evil like that. It could have been a dog that a kid tied a string to as a puppy and it got away and got lost and no one ever took a second look and it grew that way. You know what I mean? Accidents do happen. Thank God these guys are there to help

Probably just some street kid leading her around as a pup then she got lost and no one noticed the collar until her head started to balloon.

She's so beautiful. She's a lovely tiger brindle. At the end I cant even recognise cuz she made such a remarkable recovery. Well done Nancy❤️🐕

Stray Dogs are amazing creatures, they were made by us humans to be a companion. But they are betrayed by some humans because of their kindness. Then they live on the streets scavenging through the streets and try to survive amongst our society. We humans should take responsibility for how we mingled with nature and respect these glorious and lovely creatures.
