I have been to this resort 3x over the past 3 years . This video is the best video on youtube that captures the true essence of DR upon arrival and Breathless exactly how I experienced it for the 1st time. I'm currently planning another trip to DR but this time I'm researching other resorts just to try something new. I have been researching for 3 weeks now and I have watched countless Video Vlogs showcasing other resorts and peoples experiences. I could not find anything that can compare especially within my price point After watching this video my search has ended. *I'm heading back to Breathless* GO #breathlessresort Thank you for sharing ❤

Hi Ryan, we liked the French and Asian restaurants the most.

The beach never looks busy like in bavaro area. Is it not as nice? Is there mostly middle age couples here? I'm going solo and don't want to feel out of place

Hi, the beach is really nice, it gets busy in the afternoon but never too crowded. Also, there is a good mix of young and middle aged crowd, so I don’t think you’ll feel out of place. However, if you want all young crowd then you can check out Riu Republica.

Was there in November didn’t like it food was nasty drinks water down and hotel not Accommodating had a couple of issues me and a couple of people dreams was better

Thanks for the comment. Some of the dishes were hit or miss and some restaurant were definitely better than others, but we didn’t feel that the food was nasty. Watered down drinks is an issue prevalent across most of the all inclusive resorts, but you know what could help? A few dollars tip and a simple request to make the drink ‘strong’, and you won’t face that issue ever again.

Its true watered down drinks in Mexico too. But holiday experience will be what you make of it. If you let things get to you then your whole holiday will be ruined. I've stayed at 5 stars and 3 stars hotel and honestly things will be a hit or miss in either category.
