Punk Styles for Midjourney
Punk subculture can be found in music - punk rock, literature, film, art, dance, fashion, and you can even make up your own punk words.
These punk genres can add interesting and quite specific aesthetics to your prompts, depending on the “punk” you choose.
Here’s a walk-through of a few punk styles. Keep in mind that Midjourney doesn’t necessarily interpret the style as it’s described in punk rock, etc.
Some of the punk styles give a stronger aesthetic than others, and a few are more challenging for Midjourney to interpret. Consider adding other descriptors to your prompts to help guide Midjourney more to your desired result.
Prompts I used in this video:
URL 1 + URL 2 (my blend) [style]punk --ar 3:2
and
[style]punk, digital art --ar 3:2
For example:
steampunk, digital art --ar 3:2
voodoopunk, digital art --ar 3:2
tribalpunk, digital art --ar 3:2
These are simple base prompts to observe the effects of the punk style. You can then add to the prompt based on what you see or per your preferences.

Thank you! This one took me much longer than I wanted it to. I started it two days ago. Ran over 1200 images yesterday alone on the punk styles. 😊
