Good afternoon dear Aunty and Tanmay - This weekend on one of the meals we had Jeera Rice with Rajma 😋 Now looking forward to MasterChef Aunty’s recipe . Tempering is quintessential in Indian cooking. This recipe is certainly unique . SHARMA family members ( foodies ) are blessed to have MasterChef Aunty who cooks so many variety of dishes with passion and love . So good that CP channel is dishing out these recipes and making of so many different and unique dishes . The colour of the gravy is super awesome . My favourite is also Jeera Rice and Rajma . Wow that’s an incredible plate of JR and Rajma . I am also controlling myself not to break the TV to taste the delectable dish 😅😅 Thoroughly enjoyed this Vlog and recipe . Share your diet Rajma recipe.... also you did not mention how many tomatoes over onion

Done very well. My favorite , dark red kidney beans. Do not overcook rajama otherwise they disintegrate in the curry and don't taste good and look good. I am going to try your method.
