So after 3-4 fast charge we try to book a hotel where we can slow charge over night. If hotel doesn’t has a charger we try to ask the hotel to give us 15amp plug point

The battery is charged during bumps whenever you put the brakes. It is charged during jams. This is called regenerative braking.

Only ac consumes battery otherwise unlike ice cars evs don't tend to drain power when stuck in traffic

I also have the same question. I couldn't find any information on Tata motors official site. It just says lithium-ion. I think that one may misunderstand it as lithium iron .. (LFP). I don't understand why Tata motors is so secretive about the exact chemistry of batteries.
