What do you think, is punishment enough for the speeding and killing two innocent human beings accidently but ruthlessly? What he'll learn from his past is no sh** nothing. But actually they want to defend part of themselves that also likes drinking or want drinking to go on in society. Really waiting for the judge's name to be disclosed to public. He came to court early morning on a Sunday and deemed it fit to let a cold-blooded, non-remorseful murderer (regardless of age) off on bail with what can't even be categorized as a slap on the wrist compared to the magnitude of the crimes committed by him, his friends and his father - the judge should be relieved of his post and investigated for accepting bribes

The father should also be punishable for giving car for under age.

There's nothing "ALLEGED" in this. There was clear CCTV footage showing a drunk minor (barely) killing two innocent people with his unregister super car. Eyewitnesses dragged him out of the Driver's seat. His name is VEDANT AGARWAL. His father's name is VISHAL AGARWAL. His father is a huge real estate developer in Pune.

This is what happens when money or power gets into stupid hands

In case of certain heinous crimes the accused should be automatically charged as adult, no necessity for committees to decide if he or she is adult or minor. Let the defense advocate convince the court that he or she should be tried as minor during court trial. This will put the onus on the accused to prove that the crime or the circumstances were not such that he or she should be tried as adult.

The stupid law allows 17 year to drink but doesn’t not allow to punish them for not following the rules and even killed general public, the judge doesn’t feel any shame at all

Moreover, when the police arrest the culprit who destroyed two families, they provide him with biryani, pizza, and burgers behind closed doors. The shameless, wealthy brat eats without any guilt for taking two lives. Does the court work on holidays to deliver justice or to save the accused from punishment? In just a few hours, bail is granted as if presenting a NAZRANA. This is the sentiment. Two lives were lost, and the court granted bail on a Sunday as if awarding a prize, with conditions like: - Writing a 300-word essay, - Taking advice from a psychiatrist, - Learning traffic rules for 15 days. More punishment is given in schools. Here, two youngsters died. -For driving without a license, the penalty is three months imprisonment. -For underage driving, the penalty is three months imprisonment. -For drunk driving, the penalty is six months imprisonment. -For overspeeding, the penalty is one month imprisonment. Even for traveling without a ticket on a train, the punishment is six months. But for killing 2 youngsters Yet here, bail is granted in 15 hours. Astonishing. The height of shamelessness is that a legislator comes forward to save the accused and tries to cover up the case. According to Pune Mirror/Punekar News, Vadgaon Sheri MLA Sunil Tingre is the one who tried to fabricate that the accused was not driving, but the eyewitnesses rejected this. If true, such individuals should be expelled from their party. I don't know the deceased, but this could happen to you or me tomorrow. So, we must speak up. At least, we should stand tall before this hardened system. The Pune Police Commissioner has taken serious note of the immediate bail granted. Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis has also directed the administration to take strict action against the accused and ordered an investigation into the CCTV footage at the police station. We hope for action and justice!
