This video shows my louver punch and some of the work i have done with it. Footage of panels being punched with a variety of styles of louvers including a Porsche Spyder 550 grill, SS100 bonnet and an Alvis bonnet. If you need louvers of any style it is likely I can do it for you.

    Thank you for the video. I'll have to figure it out with a four inch grinder only, and a cheap welder but good basic can do.

    Thanks for posting up more videos, David! Keep it up! I also am a DVD fan. My wife fails to understand how I can keep watching it again and again. She just doesn't understand art. And also doesn't understand how therapeutic it is to bang on metal in the shop trying my best to imitate David Gardiner. :)

    I don't know what video you watched because I clearly show all the tooling in this video. In any case I primarily made this video for my website so potential customers can see what I can do for them. The result of the operation is most importand and I design and make all my own tooling.
