Those 20 minutes just flew by, another great video, guys. I noticed some of the K.O.'s came from a quick small jab with one hand, then a hard punch with the other. 🥊🏨🤕

It's actually meaningless in terms of understanding the fight and winning tactic to isolate the knock out punch. Most of these punches have nothing particular or miraculous they're just the last punch in a series of round that tired or conditioned the opponent. The win is not due to that punch but all the work that preceded.

In my day I was more protective of my body than my face, reason being that it was easier to slip a punch from the face than it was to the body. Your instincts are always to protect the face, so your kidneys, liver & Soloplex are more vulnerable no matter how much you worked on your core. Any of the three can drop you to your knees. Secondly the shorter man has to get inside of a taller man's arms or he'll get pummeled from a distance. A big guy can lean on ya, but he can't wrestle while boxing. If he leans his weight on ya, his body & arms still can take punishment. The arms drop to protect the body. The lean reduces height difference. I don't miss fighting at all, but if your gonna do it & your at a disadvantage, always even the playing field as best you can & don't blink till the bell at the last round rings.

@@LORDVADER357 sometimes but since it's either a ko or tap out, the fight length is shorter and number of blows fewer. Where as in boxing, punches are mostly toward the head. So a boxer's brain suffers much more trauma during a common fight. I love fighting so I'm not at all putting down mma or tap out style gloveless fighting or grappling. I tried boxing in a tough-man competition and it felt like I had big heavy pillows on my hands.

@@Proud2BBlue Nope. MMA is way more brutal than boxing 🥊. Boxing 🥊 gloves offers plenty of protection to guard your face. If one of the fighters is on the ground referee stop the fight. In MMA fight continues on the ground. Mike Tyson said he never wanted to join UFC because will tap out instantly. Any attack on his legs will destroy him.

Boxing is the best Gladiator sport. You know what's funny in the 1980s & 1990s in middle school and also high school? We used to say no kicking and no pulling of the hair. Because that makes you a Bitch if you do. But submission moves were ok. Forward, many years later, MMA makes it ok/cool to kick your opponent in a street fight.
