I got very emotional during some portions of this performance. I think it's because these musicians take their music and the audience very seriously and have great respect for both. This was emotional, passionate, and fun music approached soberly and with joy. I hate the term bucket list, but I will see these artists before my time is over. Life is hard; music is too, but music eases the pain and makes it all worthwhile. Music played with integrity elevates us and what we mean. Thank you guys. Your work is heroic.

You get it. They're worth the journey to see live, I promise.
this Chris Thile solo around the 6 30 mark is such a great example of his genius. On first listen I can clearly hear influences from baroque, bluegrass, pop, bebop and fugue vocabulary and they are blended so seamlessly and masterfully it's hard to believe it's most likely improvised on the spot
A brilliant group of extremely talented musicians playing very progressive acoustic music. Very well done!! Thanks for posting this!

Glad you enjoyed it
So refreshing. Real music played and sung by real musicians. No samples. No auto tune. I took my granddaughter to see the Punch Brothers when she was 17. It was her first concert. During the show she leaned over and said, "live music is so much better." I will take that moment with me to my grave. It really says it all.
Oh the mystical sounds of the hills ✌❤
Maybe the most talented 5 piece acoustic band ever. Insanity.
If your watching this your ear is in the top 1 percent.
Noam’s solo is absolutely insane lolololol

Critter’s facial expressions suggest he agrees with you.

Lucky enough to have been in the audience for this. Incredible performance. Can't wait to see them again.
And Noam, as always, looks like he just woke up to put a pot of coffee on, but he’s really playing insane banjo😂
These guys are exceptional! Most enjoy their talents and energy : )

These gents are brilliant!!
Such magnificent dorks!
Brilliant performance and presentation. Hope I get to see them someday.
I would call it lightning in a bottle, but the sky's been bright for quite some time now.
What a band!
Good great stuff.
I love how this is so much more than dudes ripping on their instruments, but it's also that.
Please make your way to Canada ASAP.
Just saw the punch brothers on acid. 10/10 would recommend
love how they get closer when the audience starts clapping
Chris Thile could’ve played another rippin bluegrass solo. But he took us on a tour of the Garden of Eden instead.
Some people have no rhythm…and those people were all in the audience that night
Yeah, these girlz, gotz it goin on. Thile and the Boyz goin ApeShit on some Ole GlueBrass?? Fo Gigure 😆 Kickin Ass on some Blue Grassssssss
JAZZ on crack
Knowledge of the fret board is top notch, really lacking melody though.
