hi laura. i just wondering if u can make it with pandan coconut caramel sauce (kaya). i think its gonna be fabulous with coconut flakes on top. its stand alone in the flavour aspect. and it goes well with chocolate too..

the way i proof yeast is i put the yeast in the mixer's bowl, then add the sugar and pour the water in which wets all the yeast. no mixing. :)
