Josie , I miss these combo vlogs - fashion, home decor ,local travel and your and Charlie’s cooking ! Your teddy coat would go so well with a pair of cream colour leather low heeled leather boots I saw on Massimo Dutti website.

Pumpkins are so much cheaper in the UK than in the USA (imo), that said they can certainly feed a crowd! It was fun to see you getting your tutorials on social media too! And please ask Charlie to do a Christmas kitchen series called "Charlie's Christmas kitchen" (or something!) with some festive food ideas, we may not be able to invite lots of people this year, but we can all still enjoy food with our families - and it'll be bigger than Bake Off!. Xx

Pro tip from a soup maker. I used to chop and peel squash and pumpkins...so much work. Simply split the squash or pumpkin and put face up in the oven until roasted and soft . All the flesh scoops out for cooking. I'll never chop and peel again. Cheers! from Canada

Loved the vlog (seems you had Roast Pork for Sunday lunch too - our fav). Just thought I would mention the the best (and only way in my opinion) to wash cashmere socks so they don’t shrink is by hand in a little warm water with ‘soap flakes’. A washing machine is too fierce. Love the faux fur coat - beautiful colour 🥰

We rinse our pumpkin seeds, thoroughly as you did, damp with paper towel, add salt and cracked pepper, we don’t put in water, straight into the oven on bake at 350 for about 20-25 minutes, sometimes a bit shorter, sometimes a bit longer, just do a check. We love them!

Enjoyed this very much! I love pumpkin so i would love to try the Risotto. Just a hint for your puppies. Boil chunks of the pumpkin until soft, cool and put in their dish, they will love it! Pumpkin is used in many dog food brands.

i am super surprised you used that pumpkin to cook with - in Canada we use that kind to carve Halloween jack o lanterns and "pie" pumpkins to cook with - they are around the same size as an acorn squash or pomelo fruit! much easier to manage!

if u microwave ur pumpkin for a few min it will make it easier to cut...then bake it cut in halves at 350 f for 45 min, the skin will peel right off and u can then puree it in a blender very easily...

Lol, I can't drink that much alcohol neither... Anymore. One glass if wine and I'm gone. I believe that is due to Covid because you are not going out etc. It's going to get better ;) As always love your Videos and cosy Vlogs. Greetings from Berlin 😊
