It's okay, we'll get 13 free wishes this Lantern Rite (not including events) You'll maybe get a guaranteed Yelan! In terms of utility, Yelan is better to pull than Xiao. Just keep on holding out!

Soft pity starts at 74 pity and the chance of getting a 5 star after that gets significantly higher
