    Should be able too mate. It might bubble a bit more but that’s okay. Just watch with too much wood, as it can make the crackle chewy, if you aren’t careful. Let me know how you go and take lots of pics. Thanks for watching!

    Would you use snake for the time or fill 2 baskets with briquettes and some lump wood for smoke?

    @@DanielSutton-lr1zk I’d be more inclined to run two baskets but watch using smoke as it can screw with the crackle. I think this set up would work too. You may want to wrap a bit earlier if you’re using two baskets. kzread.info/dash/bejne/o3-Z3NZ6m67dYrw.html
