What a cool police officer! It's a great career to have... Dangerous obviously, but most cops say they love their careers. With the overtime and bonuses, $100k+ a year is not bad at all. Plus, you'll have the best health & dental insurance, paid vacations/sick days/personal days/holidays etc etc... If I were moving to Cali, I would go for it. But that's me though. This job is not for everyone. Motorcycle or Marine police would be my choice if I could choose. Anyway, great video man 👍

I forgot to mention they get a 401K as well, plus many other perks. Moving up through the ranks would eventually increase your pay beyond a uniformed officers top pay, even with their overtime. In some cases, there are uniformed officers making more than higher ranked, commanding officers if they get a lot of overtime & ask to work on holidays.
