The thing is, they don't need to powercrept him if they are creative enough to create character with different mechanism. In 1.1 Jinhsi is DPS like Jiyan, flashy animation, faster to break bosses stagger bar, but she doesn't group enemies. Jiyan would be power crept if they make another even more powerful grouper DPS.

PGR player here. i agree with the idea that Jiyan will be somewhat okay for a year. i think Jiyan is like PGR Lucia Alpha first banner. she was on the "tower" for a year before she got powercrept by Nier physical team. i'm also actually still using Alpha in year 3 of PGR for their weekly "ranked" play (pain cage), and i have all the meta teams. so i think if Jiyan i follows Alpha's pattern, it's a better long-term pull value.also i definitely agree that Jiyan is great for dailies. when youre tired from work you just want to switch off and collect your astrite

Not sure about Nier rerun. I think CN only had one. Their physical meta spot was taken by Bianca abystigma and she’s cheaper to build. Yes i got the full Nier team and topped up to get A2 to SSS because I was on low spender budget for PGR during that patch and didnt spend on anything other than BP for a few patches. PGR is one of those games where you can pull all meta with signature weapons using just the Battle Pass. Then you can spend anything extra on getting the copies. But it looks like Kuro not doing that for Wuwa. I am still on the fence about how much I will budget for Wuwa because their gacha rates seem to be using Genshin as a model. And Genshin has one of the worst cash-to-result rates EVER

Good guide I really should build mine. I got him super early in like 20 pulls but I read how brain dead easy he was and home is benched at level 1 while my 4 stars and rover are level 70. I am not able to time the parries good enough on some of the holograms so maybe I need to get this guy built to cheese the content.

I tried to pull him and I am so close to hard pity I just stopped. Thought could get him early or at least at 50 pulls lmao. If Scar didn't exist, I would grab him by now. Maybe on his next rerun if there is not another Parry free Male Dps type character again.

I’m saving up for the next two banners. I saved up everything for Yinlin and got her in 50. Took a hit in my resources so I’m holding off. Maybe on a rerun I’ll pull for him.

I love this hero but I got bit of ocd and on pc version on the left side of his neck when hair and cloths meet there’s a hole a line like model is not done m properly it’s very visible when zooming in 😢 I love this game just feels a little bad to know there’s a fault in Jiyans model

Emptied my load on yinlin, gotta save for changli

I did 75 pulls and Lost the 50/50 them did another 75 pulls to get yinlin and now i'm pulling for him 40 and still nothing 😢

I spent my gaming budget getting yinlin. Wish I could’ve gotten both but I lost the 50/50.

I ended up hate pulling Jiyan. Just wanted Danjin so I did 20 pulls. Nothing. Then another 20. Zilch. Then I started getting pissed off and did another 20. Yellow fireworks and I started praying "please don't be Lingyang..." And boom! Calcharo. Then I just went "ok fuck this". Did another 50 pulls, hit pity and got Danjin along with Jiyan. Ended up pulling for the weapon, 60 pulls, but at least got a few copies of Variation for Verina. Don't really care about blowing 45 convenes and around 20k astrite, still learning the ropes and a couple of 5 stars are always useful.

got calacharo first in beginner banner (the one that use 8 lustrous tides only), so i went with yinlin when she came out and picked verina from the free ticket. but is not sunshine and daisies when i got yinlin, i got lose 50-50 with Encore, then i got Yinlin after that (70 pulls then another 70 pulls, yeah its hard pity), 14k astarite to 1.4k something left (right now saved around 2.4k because of the events). because of this, i skip entirely on yinlin's weapon as f2p, used only a 3star weapon for her (used the 4star box weapon on rover last time so welp, haven't open the another 4star weapon box from the npc in the mines, but i know its not for her)

meh, i dont have much pulls, so i'll wait for the rerun mb. got calcharo, yinlin and verina for the moment

This is prolly a weird question, But how do you check the amount of convenes you rolled for a banner? Because I could’ve sworn I was close to 80 pulls already & It turns out I’m not, even after doing mainly 10 + pulls each time, still never got Jiyan at all.

In the gacha banner page, you can see 4 small icons at the bottom left. Tap the clock icon at rightmost and you can check your pulls history of the banner there. Each page show 5 pulls so you can calculate quickly how many pulls you have done.

Jinhsi better tbh. She makes Jiyan look like a little kid lore wise. Jiyan being a main DPS means that he may get powercrept, but a future proof electro support like Yinlin will thrive for a long time.

She isn't out yet . Whatever u say is just in ur mind . Let her release and then we can see who is actually better. And even if jinhsi does more dmg . Jiyan crowd control and ease to play is still there . Jhinsi maybe the boss killer . But jiyan is still better in aoe rooms
