Me too! I watched kingdom for Ateez, but this performance is one of my favorites! I don't know why their ranking was so low in this round but these boys are really unique! Well done though. I was shocked when I saw the ranking, this was an excellent cover.

I'm not a deobi, so I can be unbiased in judging this performance. This is crazy, seriously. I think for any performance, it is about engaging the audience and they had my full attention and that is on The Boyz.

This is the first time THE BOYZ's tried something they haven't before, tango dancing. I love how they try different things. This type of dance is really different compared to what they normally do tho, so it's not easy to adjust to it. The style of tango dancing is not easy for first-timers like it is for dancing different types of dances. I am so proud of THE BOYZ for trying something new. They are performers themselves and tho it wasn't easy, they worked really hard on this. Just watched the behind for this performance and it hits so much harder than when you watched it before watching the behind. When they said they worked really hard on this performance and were satisfied with their rehearsal (mentioned that it's the best one they've ever done), especially hard to keep the fire on the stick because it gets put out easily, but they weren't able to do it here, it made me really sad? Like I almost cried because of that. I just want to tell THE BOYZ that they did such an amazing job here. The first time I watched this, I didn't even know about the fire. It was not until they talked about it on that KINGDOM episode, but I was still amazed by their performance. I think it's because they tried something really new, and they really slayed it! As THE BOYZ's are filled with visuals, they are filled with talent, too. I love how fancy they were with their red outfits. They really look so handsomeeee!!! No joke! Anyways, all THE BOYZ did amazing! What matters most is that you all worked really hard and we Deobis are really proud of you for that! GOOD JOB, THE BOYZ!!!

For me they have the best dance in kingdom, they didn't just dance the kpop genre but they've shown variety of genre, their concept is top tier and not messy. The outfits here is just so elegant and classy and they look expensive. And the fact that other fandoms also think they should have ranked high, this will forever be the best RE-BORN performance.

one thing i really respect about the boyz is they are not afraid of putting members on as "backup" dancers. like their performance is not just a string on single-member scenes (if that makes sense). all the boyz members are incorporated into each section of the performance, whether it be dancing behind the member singing or literally lifting another member up in a stunt. they are not heavily reliant on backup dancers to create a scene/set the atmosphere. it really goes to show the effort they put in to their performances and their teamwork as a group. also, side note, i love that they used an all-female dance crew!

진심 니네 뭐냐 아니 애초에 아이돌이 탱고를 접목시켜서 경연무대를 펼쳤다는게 너무 신선하고 개천재같음 그걸 또 잘 소화해내서 놀라운데 그와중에 무대에 서사가 담겨있어서 진짜 지금 너무 놀랍고 멋있다는 생각밖에 안들음 편곡도 원곡 생각안나게 본인들 스타일로 해석해서 대박이고 무대자체 구성이 넘 잘짜여짐 진짜 이 무대를 왕덤에서만 볼수있다는게 나는 그냥 눈물날 뿐이에요..

어떻게 이런 아이디어가 나왔나싶음… 봐도봐도 질리지 않는다는 것 자체가 진짜 얼마나 뛰어난 무대인지 설명해준다는 건데… 진짜 하나의 뮤지컬을 본 기분임…

늦덕인데 왜 킹덤때 응원해주지 못했을까 속상함. 입덕 후에 킹덤부터 정주행 했었는데, 로투킹-킹덤 다 본 후에 눈물나서 ㅋㅋㅋ 경연곡들은 한동안 안듣고 무대도 못봤음... 얼마나 힘들었을지 고생했을지. 그런데도 그만큼 제대로 평가도 받지 못한 것 같아 속상함. 이제야 뭐... 그래도 잘 한거 다 아니까 괜찮아! 하며 웃어넘길 순 있지만 마음 한켠이 씁쓸한건 어쩔 수 없네. 얘들아 우리 앞으로 더 잘되자❤️ 종종 생각날때마다 킹덤 무대 다시 보는데 댓글은 안남겼던 것 같아서... ㅎㅎ

There were 6 amazing performances this round and unfortunately one of them had to be ranked last. I thought TBZ were really good but I'm actually not surprised they got last place, just like I wasn't surprised when SF9 got last place in Round 1. I felt so bad for them though, I wish there was no voting or ranking involved. Also it must be torture to sit there among your peers with cameras on you and find out nobody ranked you top 3, MNET is so toxic for making everyone sit there.

The weakness of the boyz is that their performances are really complicated and have so many difficult moves. When u see the performance for the first time, they have a lot of ppl and hard to focus on dance and members. They put a lot of details into performance and most of the viewers will miss at the first time. Sometimes , the camera can’t capture well and miss the points. So,it’s such a pity that most ppl can’t enjoy fully at the first attempt. Compare to other gps performances, most are hyping, jumping, and shouting, tbz did not leave a strong impression. But when u rewatch all the performances, the other ones are loosing and you will feel a massive enjoyment from tbz performances. The more you watch it, the more you will feel their energy, dance synchronization, details and talents. You will never get escape from it. I am leaving my honest preview as kingdom audience. TBZ did the performances like no others. They have a huge potential in the future.

Yesss I agree. But as a Deobi who has been watching them for years, I know I have to focus on the details while enjoying even at first watch. The good thing here, their performances age like wine. Just as what you have said, the more you watch it and find more intricate details, the more you are intrigued and are pulled in in their world. Which benefits them in the long run and not just by the moment. Because these performances, even after multiple replays, are still as impactful as your 1st watch. That's at least what I feel.

Esp to non doebis, like kingdom participants, they don’t catch all the things so they voted for hype and catchy performances. It’s such a shame that they always got less votes from their co-workers. Especially, o sole milo performance. They got 0 vote. Today, I watched bts of O sole IMO and cried why camera can’t captured it. They have so many things to enjoy in one performance. But as you mentioned, they aged like wine and they become better and stronger. They will be the remarkable group in kpop if creker can give them correct promotions.

this is true, i missed a lot of keypoints the first time i watched their performances like the interaction of the torch and led screen during the second chorus. honestly, this is already the least complicated performance of the boyz in kingdom. but they still did well

I’m not from their fandom, but the result is not fair. The boyz deserve better rank and screentime. Their concept are no joke, and other artists got inspired by tbz

Knowing that this one performance was the only one throughout the show that had expert evaluation ranks (#2) and self-evaluation ranks (#6) that didn't match at all shows how meaningless the rankings were in the end. The high expert ranks and all the compliments they got from professionals says it all. This stage deserved so much more appreciation.

I still think that those who didn't put this in at least the top 2 best performances need to fix their aesthetic standard.

What I like about the boyz is that their performances aren't too much I mean they balance everything they aesthetically dance, sing, perform stunts, acts. Everything is in a balance ratio.

As and huge multifan I say that other than seventeen, the boyz is probably the best group performance wise.

In each episodes, atz and skz as well as other groups, they give their everything in the storyline, they already did their best. no need to drag others down please. With rtk the participants can now explore their ideas not only about vocals but everything as well. Tbz did very well in this Re-Born stage, really, it's unfortunate about whats happen on them, but again, all of them already did their best

It was very traumatizing for the boyz too. Juyeon explained about the trauma he felt, in his Sept. AOTM Choreo-Record, he said he felt he was in a slump, so he expressed that in his AOTM performance of "you should see me in a crown".

Actually, it's not mnet fault.. Tbz got second place in expert(mnet).. but in self evaluation no one vote for tbz (no group vote for tbz because if they vote for tbz, they will surely win) that's why they got last place. Sorry for my bad english :))

Some words for the boyz fandom => don't worry all are worked really hard, it's the same for others groups : if you want stay in first place, you must to redouble your efforts because others groups are tripled their efforts => (I mean they learn to come back stronger) It's really difficult to access the first place but not impossible, don't forget all are already groups recognise in world, it sure it's sad to see his fav in last place but they are not the last of all kpop group reunited , they are not last of all kingdom, they just last in this performance and last doesn't mean bad. They efforts are recognized by the public for example me. I impressionned by this group even if I just listen one song of them before kingdom and I didn't know them more, they have really my respect ;-)

The silver lining in The Boyz ranking last for this round is that it creates clear proof about the voting system and everyone who watches kingdom can see it.

I think people moved on way too fast from this, I still think about this every single day.
