Party planning just got a lot easier (and a lot tastier) with these quick puff pastry appetizers!1 recipe
INGREDIENTS
• 1 pack puff pastry
• 4 mini sausages
METHOD
Cut the dough into rectangles, make cuts on both sides and leave a mark with a fork.
Put sausages on the dough, wrap, cut in half and open the petals
Bake at 200C / 400F for 10-15 minutes

INGREIDENTS
• 4 sausages
• 1 pack puff pastry
METHOD
Cut the dough into 4 squares, put the sausage and roll, make cuts with scissors and open the petals
Bake at 200C / 400F for 10-15 minutes
3 recipe
INGREDIENTS
• 24 black olives
• 1 pack puff pastry
METHOD
Cut dough into thin strips, seal 2 ends and put 2 olives in the middle.
Put 3 dough strips with olives alongside and pinch them using wooden sticks.
Bake at 200C / 400F for 10-15 minutes

INGREDIENTS
• 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
• 1 pack puff pastry
METHOD
Cut the dough into 8 strips, sprinkle the cheese on the 4 strips and cover with the remaining 4 strips. Then fold them, as shown in the video and bake 200C / 400F for 10-15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
• 1/2 bowl mozzarella
• 1/2 bowl of ham, cut into strips
• 1 pack puff pastry
METHOD
Cut the dough into 4 squares, put the mozzarella and ham on one side.
Roll, not to the end and make cuts on the dough, then roll to the end and seal the edges together

Love these recipes, going to try them out. I started making these 40 years ago, roll out puff pastry, cover in marmite, then cover marmite with a good strong cheese, roll into sausage shape and cut into one inch pieces, egg wash and cook in a hot oven for 29 mins. My Son had these for a snack in the car on the way home from school and now 25 years on he pops in to collect a fresh batch ❤️
