Recipe for: Croissants from puff pastry with sausages
NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
sausages - 3 pcs.
cow butter - 50 g (melted)
egg - 1 pc.
puff pastry - 800 gr.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Cut the sausages in half and cut each half in half lengthwise. Divide the puff pastry into 6 equal parts. Cut each piece into 2 diagonally. A total of 12 triangles should be obtained. Grease with oil. Take a triangle of puff pastry and place a piece of sausage at one end. Roll up and place in a baking tray. Do the other croissants in the same way. Beat the egg and spread the croissants.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees with a fan, at the bottom, for about 20 minutes.
