1997 was a great year!!!! I was 8 and remember everything from that year.

This song is just perfect. The beat and flows from each rapper are so smooth. 20 years later this album sounds just as good as when it came out. It has a unique sound thoroughly. It's one of the best rap albums ever made. I remember being obsessed with it in middle school. Still listen to it all the time.

Puffs contribution to American music was off the charts. First, he single-handedly snatched victory from the jaws of west coast hip hop. It went from $75 outfits of those death row cats to severe opulence. We still live in the Puffy era to this day. It never went back to the rugged wu tang look again. Today it’s like more diamonds please. Who did it on this level before Puff? That cat was just … Big! Big vision and he pulled it off!
