You can even fly your own trike from the airport in Puerto Armuelles. Puerto is a wonderful beach town on the Pacific coast in the Chiriqui province of Panama.
Puerto Armuelles is the only true beach town in Panama. It is strange, but true that towns on not the usual thing in Panama. There are cities, resorts, and villages but very few towns.

Sadly, one of them has since burned down.
I lived there in 1985 for six months I was a Missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints and I remember very well the banana company were still in business, back them and I remember to see the cargo trains going all way to the peer and it was full of activity, I went to Finca corredor in la ambulancia, with the students who live in corredor, also I took the train from Puerto Armuelles to David, it was so fine, too bad those times are over.
Very interesting video and commentary. Upon my moving to Panama, this is one of my future endeavors. I had planned on learning to fly an ultralight trike when I get there, maybe sooner. I'm glad I saw this video because I wasn't sure if there was any of this going on down there. Thank's Dan
