Puella Magi Madoka Magica - Soundtrack Medley [Piano]
Ойын-сауық
Sheet music → mymusic.st/animenzzz/62797
For the longest time, I've always wanted to reupload my old Magica Madoka piano covers with the new microphone equipment.
And today, the time has finally come:
A reinterpretation of the complete Madoka Saga - performed on the piano!
0:00 I Introduction
0:43 II The Magical Girls
2:09 III The battle against Walpurgisnacht
4:48 IV Absolute Despair
6:00 V Madoka: Goddess of hope
Please regard this medley as a sort of symphonic poem on the piano:
I carefully selected four tracks from the Madoka Soundtrack and combined them into this piano medley.
This piano cover was originally intended to be an exclusive track on my (upcoming) first piano album, but I have decided that I'll make this public after all, because I believe that many people are still interested in playing Madoka piano pieces.
I have been working on this transcription for weeks now, piece by piece, and I just finished the sheet last weekend.
Last but not least, I leave this as a parting word:
"Praise the Goddess Madoka, for she died for our sins and gave us salvation!"
(and also, praise Yuki Kajiura for composing the fantastic soundtrack of Madoka)

I heard the rumors about being dark, but when I didn't listen. I watched it anyways thinking that the people who said that were exaggerating. Boy was I wrong.
Because of this freaking amazingly awesome video, I decided to watch this anime. The only other magical girl anime I've watched was Cardcaptor Sakura (which is a great anime by the way) So I decided to watch Madoka. I wasn't extremely obsessed with the story, but the animation was awesome, and I love Shaft, so I definitely had to continue watching. AND THEN EPISODE 3 CAME AND I WAS LIKE WHAT EVEN JUST HAPPENED AND LIKE OH MY MAGICAL GIRL I BINGED THE REST OF THAT SHIT ALL NIGHT So thank you, Animenz.

When 6:00 came on I got chills. This entire medley is so soothing. To maintain the power of Yuki Kajiura's composing even when using only a piano is incredible!
I never write KZread comments, but this profoundly deep anime has truly broken boundaries, including my own. The story is an emotional masterwork of beautifully interwoven themes discussing life and morality. By going through ordeals which lead into that fundamental pain at the heart of all human struggles, the characters convey humanistic philosophy through pure emotion. Never have I felt such an intense feeling of awe as when Madoka heard Kyubey’s Revelation. Never have I heard such a powerful and emotional soundtrack accompany such an incredibly profound moment. That moment changed my life - my entire view of life itself, and all the beautiful as well as harsh realities that come with it.
Praise be to Madoka! Our almighty lord and saviour!
This made me cry omg. Just finished the show yesterday and hearing Sayakas theme made me so sad. She was the best character in the show. Amazing job!!!!
There is not one song in this entire soundtrack that I would skip, they're all so beautiful.
I am so happy that you did this! Truly beautiful

Thank you thank you thank you! I often go through your covers and arrangements, and can tell how much effort and talent it takes. I very much appreciate your hard work and passion for music! And the fact you put out the score and midi for us is so so kind. Thank you very much!
I have a new appreciation for some of the soundtrack after hearing this. Goddess of Hope, as the name suggests, sounds incredibly hopeful when played on a piano

This is absolutely astounding, and i think that i have the right to say this medley is on the classical music level. Perfect pieces selection, perfect arrangement, rich and masterful. However, the way you play it touches the very depth of my soul, every single sound shining so bright, every note so distinct and full of its own meaning, sparkling manifestation of life, or freezing grief. I believe, Madoka anime is truly genial, one of blazing beacons of modern art. So good that geniality of one thing inspires even more. Thank you for this music, and please play more like this.
Lovely piece and of course - beautifully played!
Madoka Magica had some of the best music ever andf you do a great job of retaining its awesomenes, plus, make it a bit more epic for some tracks.
OMG!! It was my bed time but who cares lol. This uploads is AMAZING!!! AND I'm only up to 3:00 minutes!

This really.... oh..... splendid speechless. The runs towards the end.... Is there a limit to piano. I don't think so. Thankyou Animenz. Once again, tried to motivate me in playing the piano and the never giving up spirit! Got to sleep now. :D have a nice day or night.
This is amazing and inspires me so much to keep practising piano! You are so good!!
GREAT! Sis puella magica gave me chills again! As well as the whole series. Madoka Magica is one of the best Animes ever and so is the soundtrack!

Words cannot express how great this was. You just earned yourself another subscriber.
Still cleansing my soul after 9 years
38 Magical Girls were trapped in an Incubator's pocket dimension and couldn't be reached by Madoka, so they turned into witches.
