Puck's Monologue. (A Midsummer Night's Dream-The Stage Company-March 27th 2010

Ойын-сауық

Although our adaptation has been simplified to modern, everyday language, we decided to leave Puck' s final speech true to Shakespearian English. We recommend teachers to introduce it to their students before attending the play, in order to find in it the magic and the poetry with which it was once written.
(Performed by Andres Bagg for The Stage Company. Titania: Carla Calabrese. Oberon: Sebastian Prada.)

I gotta memorize Puck's monologue for class. This right here is so helpful. Listened to it several times and now I've got it down. Wonder what my teacher will think if I sing the last bit like in this...

wow that was incredible! was looking through loads of different interpretations of puck as i am auditioning to play them in 2 weeks in my performing arts course. this is the first version i have seen the range in pitch idea that i had in mind and the way it was used here was incredible as i was having a hard time deciding on how to not make it creepy. the smoothness of the tone worked really well here wich i think made it mesmerizing. but the added singing and the scene was also breathtaking. i would pay to see this if i got the chance.
