Stopped by on our way home from Mother's Day luncheon and this store is huge with so many options to choose from. Always have loved shopping at Publix but this one was a wow factor.

I'm surprised Celebration supports two stores. Although I will say the other Publix is a zoo.

Coming from the North East. We desperately need a Wegmans down here. They're just an incredible store and they all had great choices not like Publix where the really nice ones are only in very wealthy areas.

We went there on their first day. Very cool place. It was awesome that they were giving away free things.

They're nice stores. Pricey though. Average household income in that area is $134,000 per year.

Strange prices on the can cat food. .81 and.88 cents. Usually things were ending in 9 like $1.99. Nice looking store with way too many employees at one time. But it probably will have less later on.

They always have extra employees at the grand openings. They pull them from other stores. It is a bit much, I agree. Cat food is so expensive I think they're doing their best to keep the price appearing as low as possible. You're right prices usually end with a 9.

Wait...so there's two developments named Celebration Pointe in the state of Florida! This one and the one up in Gainesville

Publix looks super promising. I’m excited to see what they have in store (no pun intended) during my visit to Florida this month. Here in Texas, we have Kroger and HEB, which are pretty similar.

It’s the same as Suncrest Publix but at 16:25 it’s indoor seating only as Suncrest Publix has outdoor seating

I'll look for the white button next time. It's a Higi. I didn't use it because it's the same machine I just used at a different store.

People complain about the high prices at Publix. But I'm from NY, recently moved to Celebration. I'll take Publix over Walmart 24/7!

We buy groceries for our neighbor. He's 77 living off of $200/mo after making his mortgage payment. Some people are really struggling. I'm grateful to have a Walmart nearby, and a Costco.

@OrlandoStreets I work really hard with two jobs, freelance web designer and a vacation sales agent specializing in Disney and Universal. So I'm thankful to be able to shop at Publix. The things I've witnessed and personally experienced at Walmarts in NY was a nightmare. So I'm glad to be in FL now and have other options for shopping.

In high school we had to go over a Joyce carol oats story with a character called Arnold friend so finding Arnold bread today makes up for how horrible high school was over 20 years ago
