Hi, as per my knowledge, you need to have at least 2 yrs of experience. You can still try your luck as agencies here don’t have many candidates with NICU experience. Hi, most of the employers here ask for 2 years of clinical experience in 200+ bedded hospital. You would be eligible to apply in some of the hospitals or Nursing Homes in Ireland. Please continue to work as a Nurse, so that by the end of your process you should have some more clinical experience.
