Summarizing the questions at the end: 1. How do we deal with Putin having his finger on the button? Answer: he knows it would be suicide for himself, and it takes more than one person to launch a missile. 2. How build antifragile peace agreement? Answer: antifragile not available, best you can do is fragile vs robust. Agreements work when people have skin in the game. Ukraine resistance working because Zelensky has skin in the game. God stood back pushing buttons, but Jesus had skin in the game, big difference. 3. How to achieve post traumatic growth (after experiencing war)? Answer: humans never peace in history except since WW2. Some stress produces growth, some kills you. 4. Ukraine has poorly functioning hierarchy but excellent horizontal relationships between people, which has served them well in recent war. How get the right balance? Answer: government should protect society from extremes, but avoid micromanage. Should provide excellent legal system. Avoid regulation, instead allow people to sue each other. Pinker not understand difference between factual vs statistically significant. 5. Will sanctions make Russia stronger (by forcing it to adapt)? Answer: drastic sanctions will break Russia, cannot survive isolation.
