It really depends on the person. I'd still be careful, because I wore a tail out in public and someone stabbed me with a pencil. It will make some people happy and others angry. But overall that's the only bad experience I've had with that.

This fursuiter is deaf? So much courage to be in fursuit when you can hardly see AND can't hear what's going on. Please make sure you always have a good handler -- for your safety!

This honestly personally hits me really hard in the feels, since my irl younger brother is deaf too! It's just amazing how the furry community has immense respect for the deaf community and i love this. 😊

I would do this but I'm to nervous that I'll get attacked by people.. And I don't own a fursuit yet. This is adorable

I’ve gone out public suiting, it’s super fun! The only thing to be weary of is dogs >-< they are either super scared, don’t care or bolt up to you xD

I'm always wanting to meet others with disabilities. While I'm not deaf I do have a cognitive disability that seriously affects me from doing and comprehending things in person most of the time. It's always intriguing to me to meet others like me especially when I go to suiting up!

I love the amount of people supporting him. It just makes my heart happy. I’ve been wanting a fursuit for so long and this just makes me want one even more.

I'm not sure why I started looking up Furry costume videos, but I'm so glad I did! This is one of the most wholesome videos I've seen in a while! Seeing kids and others happy! And that costume is FIRE! The cutest design!! I think I love the paws the most! I learned more about Furry's today.... They are a really passionate community and with probably a decent disposable income - those outfits can't be cheap to make or order! But what an amazing result! I love it!! 🥰🥰🥰

This is adorable, I don’t think i have the energy and or are comfortable enough to do this but it s so cute I have to say tho the children are almost building into this role that he’s playing they see him as either “oh some dude in a costume” or if their more innocent and young “a fluffy cartoon creature” it’s adorable and also the fact that he picked Halloween is perfect cause it’s a slight less awkward cause most people are also dressed in fact he met someone who SPOKE SIGN LANGUAGE AND HAD EARS AND PAWS I don’t know if that’s a movie character or their slow approach to being a furry but that’s so cool! New subscriber love this ❤️

It’s so cool how quickly a lot of these people caught on to you being deaf, or at least not talking, and you were still able to communicate with them. I’m not deaf but bc of neurodivergency I sometimes struggle to talk, and seeing people not having to rely on verbal communication to understand someone makes me really happy!

OH MY GOD... I DID NOT REALIZE THAT WAS XUSHO WOLF AND I RECOGNIZED THAT MALL AND STORES AND EVERYTHING AND I WAS THERE 2 YEARS AGO ON HALLOWEEN IN ALASKA.... I was there cause of family mostly though!

I have Toony suits, Realistic suits, plush suits, Kemono suits, Quadruped suits, Invertebrate suits, Protogen suits, I have 5 protogen suits and im working on my full body rgb one, I also have a full body yellow, full body green, full body red, full body purple and full body pink and the rgb one will be my sixth, ever since i made my protogen fursona I actually havnt worn any other fursona since then, it also has full mouth sink, emotion sink and eye sink, I also have hybrid all together i have about 50 fursuits all together and I have a walk in cupboard for all of them, also a fursona is a fursuit. I wore my fursuit to school the one day and only my friends like me to who I am and everyone else hated me.

everyone in the comments who wants to do this, remember to have a fursuit handler if you want to fursuit in public, especially in a space where there can be a lot of kids and non furry people, because they are the eyes and ears behind your head, and will point out things you cant see or otherwise defend yourself from (like fursuit tearing/unzipping, tail pulling, tween attacks, etc)

I know this is an old video but I love that suit I've been furry (or scalie) for two decades, but never really cared much for fursuits before, discovering them only recently, and thinking that I missed a lot

This first time i ever went public suiting was at a dave n busters at an outside mall! they said they dont care what you wear as long as its not inappropriate, it was an awesome time!
