How does this model compare to one with starlight for night video? Can you set it to zoom in more when tracking humans? It doesn't zoom in much on the video above.

hi friend, the starlight camera is suitable for relatively dark environments and it relies on weak light, while the IR security camera is suitable for working in complete darkness. In addition, our PTZ-4840X-IS can zoom in more when tracking humans ~~~😉
Has anyone created a video on how to configure the auto-tracking of people or vehicles? I received one of these yesterday and trying to find out how to get the tracking working? also, I have flipped the horizontal and vertical, but found that the pan and tilt don't flip either, so you click lol. I must have the settings not quite right?

@@vikylin hi. its the 4840x is camera. it turns out that you enter 92 in the preset and click add and then click call to enable auto tracking guard patrol.
