According to reports, the Esplanade has 8 phases which will stretch for 25kms along the length of the Pasig River, passing through several LGUs. So most likely, it will go through Guadalupe. However, this project is projected to go on for three years. The Esplanade in Manila is just phase 1.

Newsflash: high prices and inflation rates are all over the world because of the wars in Ukraine and Palestine - even higher than in the Philippines. The people there don't ask their president to quit because they understand basic economics, geopolitics and what's going on in the world. First world countries like the US and Canada have an increasing number of homeless people because they can no longer afford the high rental rates or home monthly amortization. If you have a roof over your head now, be grateful instead. Besides, if PBBM resigns then VP Sara takes over. Do you honestly think that she (with her misplaced standings on certain issues and inaction / silence on crucial national issues) has the international political savvy, geopolitical knowledge and economic know- how to deal with what's plaguing the country right now?
