Thanks for the detailed review. I especially appreciated the live sound samples and the reminder that they don't include mic clips. I echo that Phenyx Pro does respond to its customers. I asked about bodypacks said that they will be bringing out lavaliers in early 2023. Cheers!

Did that extention for the antennas come with it? Great info.

If I remember correctly it did come with 2 short BNC cables to act as jumpers for the antennas

do you have issue with the handheld microphones , handling noises ?

I have noticed it but when music is going and the person is singing it doesn't seem to be noticable

There is a reason the well known and trusted brands cost more and it's not just in the name. It's in the quality of componentry and the board design. The mic windings, diaphragms and magnets used. Listening to your recording with AKG headphones, the Phenyx sounds not so good. It obviously is not handling plosives well. Sorry Mr Topmop but it sounds cheap. Try an audio comparison with an E945 or a Beta58. I think you'll notice a difference and EQ will be much easier.

I didn't mean to make it seem as if it was the best ever. I'm sorry if I did. And I agree with you. It's not great at handling everything in comparison to much higher-priced options. I was just trying to express that out of all of the budget microphones, this one was pretty nice. Personally, when it comes to live wireless, I have 3 Sennheiser G4 945 capsules and one 935. Although when I'm in situations where I think my mics could be mistreated, I will bring the Phenyx mics
