I cry everyday and i cant escape ,just work going home ,and cry everynight ,the sound like life in the hell ,i have money ,i have everything i want , but im not happy ,cause my trauma

I have chronic ptsd and it’s hell! It’s even worse when people tell me to own my mind or get over it or let it go.

That sounds frustrating. I don’t have PTSD but I do have an anxiety disorder. Anxiety disorders suck and I’m really sorry that you have PTSD. I wish you the best.

I was getting more and more tense watching this.

for me, the most common trigger is the specific smell of Medicine wipes or something like that ... I start looking around, my pulse quickens
