The PTRS-41 measured in at over 86 inches with its barrel measuring 48 inches in length. Muzzle velocity was an impressive 3,3230 feet per second and armor penetration up to 25mm could be attained from out to 500 meters (when 0-degree sloped).

The PTRS 41 is NOT the predecessor of PTRD 41. They were both built due to Stalin seeing the need for an anti tank rifle. They were both patented. The PTRS 41 was more efficient than the PTRD, but due to the complex manufacturing process, it was out favored by the PTRD 41 for it's simple manufacturing process. The PTRS 41 is still being manufactured while the PTRD was made in large numbers and sent to the front lines. They were both commissioned. But not predecessing each other

actually, it can be used as good antimaterial rifle. Just trim barrel of rifle a bit.
