pt17 Navy Boot Camp - "Intensive Training"
Ойын-сауық
(pt17) After a dispute between recruits, an RDC corrects them with Intensive Training (IT), and tough love. In a combat setting, there is no time for disagreements and strife within a unit, and RDCs must drill this point home by every allowable method.

I think that is the point. You want to find the proud nails, so they can be driven down equal to their peers. It may take more effort at the beginning. Once they step in line, you may find those that where a problem at the beginning, are very strong assets, at the end. You may also find the opposite. It does not matter either way. Send them to the Parris Island. They won’t be talking quietly like that to the DI’s. Your ass getting sent to the sandpit if you whisper

Id have fought the biggest dude in my platoon to have my drill instructors be this passive for an hour.

@@digitaldogs233 the yelling happen to any one almost , its called baptism where i live , the transition from citizen to soldier . peoples who knows this doesnt get impressed by their pawns screaming they know this is just a routine all those insultes that question their manliness and call them useless etc ... i dont flich too since i was a kid a teacher used to yell at my yes and all i did was looking dead to her eyes making her even more angry sometimes even slapping me or throwing my stuffs in all the places . i still didnt think i was doing any wrong i was like 8 so looking at a teacher when he speak i thought was out of respect but the teacher thought i was provoking her she wanted me to look down and know my place when she speak to me but that never worked . i am an INFJ , this mean my skin is thicker than a ceramite and the only one who can truly hurt me or intimidate me with insults are my inner circles that i chose to trust . so yes in this baptism situation i would do exactly like the girl and i wont get impressed he can punish me if he want , i might even ask permission to speak just to explain him that am not impressed because i know this is just a routine to lose civilian life but i am aware of all of that so intimidation wont work . i rather be punished to get stronger and keep my cold attitude than be a p*ssy and lower my head to a pawn or anyone
