I saw the other video a moment ago, so that means that you’re doing magic. Great job. I’ll keep watching the troubleshooting. Keep it up. 👍

What im seeing so fsr is that these carbs are extremely simple almost like a lawnmower or a dirtbike or.. just any old carb for that matter! That gives me hope. I have a 83 thats been built that somebody just GAVE me and its still up at the MC club so when i pick it up im gonna go through it all. They used it for sand dune racing they through a new rear tire in for me because it currently has a old asf sand tire

You can do it. You have to take your time and make absolutely sure all passages inside the carbs are clean thoroughly. Watch a bunch of video and follow along. What ever you do, do not half ass it, make certain you do it right the first time, because taking carbs on and off is no fun. Buy kits that have as much new parts in them as possible so you are wasting time cleaning jets, just replace them, then spray carb cleaner and compressed air through the passage that you removed the jet from, make sure the carb cleaner comes out the other end, before you reinstall new jets and you will be fine. Also make certain you set the float height too before putting bowls back on. Thousands of videos out there on carburetor rebuilds, most inline fours are basically the same. Good luck.

@@jacobshelburne958 in that case, the very first thing you need to do is buy a compression test and do a compression test to make sure the motor is good before you buy anything else! Then we will go from there, if the motor is good, then your next move will be buy a parts bike off market place or Craigslist, because you can get a good parts bike with no title for $200-$500, and it will have everything you need to get going. It doesn't even have to be the same exact bike, most of the 1,000 and 1,100 Japanese bikes use all the same parts or very similar. But in sayin that, it's always best to find an exact match, but start to Google what bikes interchange so you know what to look for. I have actually seen perfect running bikes with no titles for around $500-$750, just swap over the parts you need and bingo, you're off! Make sure to do compression test first! And do it properly so you no exactly what you are dealing with!
